This is an amazing Schuco Yes/No Elf from the 1920/30's. Move the lever in his shorts and he moves his head for yes or no. He has a few small repairs and his belt and hat are replacements but he is a really cheeky elf. The mechanism works really well and from top of head to toe he is 10" tall his hat makes him taller.
