This is Bones the bear. He is only 12" tall and made c.1918, he is called bones as his stuffing has settled in his chest and you can feel his growler like ribs. All his pads are his original felt ones with some minor holes. He has lost much of his mohair but he is a real charmer. His boot button eyes and nose/mouth stitching look to be his original. Although saggy he comes in his old knitted outfit and with his little lead monkey attached to them.
